  • Monitor infrastructure, incidents and service availability.
  • Coordinate incident response and user support.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate specialist support teams.

Change Management

  • Review, authorise and approve minor or low-risk changes.
  • Coordinate Change Advisory Board meetings for higher-risk changes.
  • Ensure approved changes are implemented according to standards and procedures.

Contract Management

  • Manage ICT contracts and services.
  • Support preparation and negotiation of ICT contractual terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate engagement with customers and service providers on business and contractual matters.

Software Licensing and IT Services Billing

  • Manage Government software licensing.
  • Coordinate IT service billing for Ministries and Government entities.
